Exchange and Return Policy for Merchandise: All requests for returns must be done in writing by United States Postal Mail or by email. The following information must be complied with. (The following does not include scooters, go-karts, mopeds, and motorized skateboards) you must return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt, and you must adhere to the following guidelines: Include an original receipt of the return item with package. Merchandise must be in new, resaleable condition with all original packaging intact. This includes manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. For video games and softwares: No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the box has been opened or if the merchandise is a close out sale or discontinued item. All returns must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number on the outside of the package. To obtain a RMA number, please contact us at info@TodaysHighTech.com. We will not accept packages without an RMA number. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure your return package is insured and has a tracking number. Once our warehouse receives the returned merchandise approved for return with an RMA, we will issue a refund to your account after inspection and verification that it is in compliance with the return policy. The following is the Exchange and Return Policy for Scooters, Go-Karts, Mopeds, and Motorized Skateboards: We do not accept for return or refund any motorized scooters or skateboards for any reason. If a unit is received broken on arrival you must contact the shipping company and file a claim. Units received dead on arrival will be replaced after we have received them back for inspection. All freight for return for exchange must be prepaid by you, or we may send you parts if the problem is minor. We will cover the freight for outgoing replacement units. If we are in error and ship the wrong product, we will pay for all shipping charges. This does not include colors. There are times that we are unable to fulfill your color choices. All scooters allowed for return with an RMA must be in the original box when returned for exchange, no exceptions. The box must contain all packing, manuals, instructions, accessories, cables, controls and all original materials. The customer is responsible for shipping both to and from his location. Items that offered free shipping for the initial shipment are subject to shipping charges now for this transaction. Email or mail us for a RMA number before any exchanges will be accepted. Please contact us for the warehouse address where we want the item returned prior to shipping. Multiple warehouse locations exist for different items. The product needs to go to the right place. Stock Availability: Although we update our stock availability information every business day, we do not have real time inventory information from the warehouses we work with. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. When an item has become unavailable, we will put it on backorder or follow any instruction you provide with your order. Either way, we will notify you via email or by phone as you request as soon as we can. Shipping Information: We ship to the 48 contiguous states, to addresses that United Parcel Service or the United States Postal service will deliver to. These are the main ways that we ship. If they will not deliver to an address that you have selected, you will have to provide an address where they will deliver to. You will pay for any charges that the shipper charges. Orders to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes will be sent only by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail as allowed by the rules governing the United States Postal Service. Scooters, mopeds, go-karts, and motorized skateboards are shipped via ground service normally. If you want air or some other expedited method we will try to get you a quote. Please be sitting down when we get this information for you since it may mean asking for a credit line increase from your credit card provider. Shipping and delivery days are normally Monday to Friday, except holidays. If you really want us to come in on a weekend or holiday when every one else is off it is really going to add to the cost of your order, but we will consider this activity if their are enough zeros added to the service charge we will tack onto your order. We do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly but we cannot guarantee what the shipper will or will not do. Except for backordered items, most orders are usually shipped within two business days.
