These are the required bearing retainer, spacer and lock nut to properly adjust the bearings to the forks. Be careful to have heavy bearing grease for the bearings and adjust the bearing retainer nut for good contact without crushing the bearings. The action should be smooth without feeling a bumping action which means that you have over tightened the bearings. The lock nut will hold the adjustment. Check all of this on a regular basis. |
