The swing pin is the critical item that supports the Front Forks Master Assembly and allows the scooter to fold. Notice that the picture purposely shows two parts, the pin and the threaded pin end cap. It is crucial to safe operation that you insure that this pin is in place and that the pin end cap is fully threaded and in place. The loss of this pin can result in the collapse of the scooter or even the separation of the entire Front Forks Master Assembly. Please check you your equipment and keep it in good condition. |
